Strategy, adrenaline, and big maps — paintball is our flagship sport, run on huge outdoor fields with woodsball, speedball, and full scenario games. Whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned vet, our staff briefs every group and sets you up to win.
Open play runs Friday through Sunday at most parks (call your specific location to confirm). Parties — kids, bachelor, corporate teambuilding — run 7 days a week with advance reservations and start at 10 players. Field paint only.

Everything you need to know about paintball at Cousins.
Sometimes a slight sting, but most times you barely feel it through clothing. We also offer low-impact paintball with smaller, softer rounds that's great for younger players or first-timers.
Comfortable clothes you don't mind getting dirty — long sleeves and long pants are recommended. Closed-toe athletic shoes or boots required. Gloves and a knit cap are a nice add-on in cold weather.
Standard paintball is recommended for ages 7 and up. We have a low-impact option for ages 6–9, and Gel Blast is the perfect alternative for kids under 7.
There is no minimum for open play — show up and play. Parties (kids parties, bachelor parties, corporate teambuilding) start at 10 players.
Plan for 2–3 hours of total play time. That includes equipment fitting, the safety briefing, multiple games, and short breaks between rounds.
Marker rental, goggle/mask system, and the safety briefing are all included. Paintballs are sold separately — 500 rounds for $29.95 or 1000 rounds for $49.95.
