Every private group booking includes:
- Admission for every participant
- Marker or blaster rental for each player
- Full-face safety masks and protective gear
- Paintballs or gel rounds included in every package
- Professional referees running all games
- Full safety briefing before play
- Reserved private group area with covered picnic tables
- Multiple fields and game modes
Bring your own food and drinks — the group area is yours for the day. Participants just need comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes.
You set the ticket price. You keep the difference.
The model is simple: we quote you a group rate, you price tickets above it, and your organization keeps the margin. Add raffles, sponsorships, or concessions on top.
We provide the field, staff, and equipment; you handle ticketing and promotion. Events run from 20 to 200+ players.

We quote your organization a group rate. You sell tickets at whatever price you choose and keep everything above our rate — plus whatever you raise from raffles or sponsors.
Fundraiser events work best at 20+ players, and we can host 200+. Private groups start at 10.
Yes — ticket pricing is entirely up to you. We'll help you understand the per-player cost so you can build in your margin.
Yes — we've run a lot of these. Call 631-698-6230 and we'll walk you through formats, timing, and what's worked for other organizations.
Absolutely — raffles, concessions, and sponsor tables all work in the reserved group area.
Your event gets a reserved covered group area plus the fields your players rotate through.
For a ticketed event, 2–3 months ahead gives you time to promote. Popular weekend dates go fast.
